Bodh Crossfit is now offering, 5 at-home fitness programs to choose from!

Join Us On Zoom: All you need is your phone, iPad or laptop computer to participate. It’s best if you have a good speaker so you can hear the coach! You and your Bodh Crossfit family will begin each segment of the workout together – with some great coaching tips and workout instruction from a Bodh Crossfit Coach. 

At the end, the virtual high-fives rain as we all come together to share our experience.

Who is it for
Elite programming to anyone with less time to train.
Level
Just about anyone! As long as you are healthy enough to stand up, sit down, take a knee, and get up off the floor you can do this program!
What does this program look like?
Each day’s workouts include warm-ups, cool downs, and bodyweight workouts that clearly explain the intended stimulus, target scores, time caps, movement explanation, scaling options and more.
What equipment do I need?
No equipment required. All you need is yourself and a small space to move!

Who is it for
For athletes who want to build strength using weights
Level
Intermediate to Advanced
What does this program look like?
Focuses on Olympic lifts, power lifts and other movements to increase strength and perfect technique. Utilizing percentage-based lifting cycles designed for maximum gain with minimal volume.
What equipment do I need?
A Jump rope and any two from the list below:
(Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Bumper Plates, Barbells)

Who is it for
Hatha Yoga workouts is for everyone regardless of age, ability or gender.

What does this program look like?
Strengthen and balance your body and mind as you move through more challenging postures with connected breath. Improve your flexibility and increase core strength while you reduce stress levels with a workout that offers the best of Hatha Yoga,

Yoga mat, Blocks (optional)

Meant for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.

What does this program look like?
Animal Flow is ground-based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. This system is designed to improve strength power, flexibility, endurance, mobility, and coordination. Workout comprises of wrist mobilisations, body activations, animal locomotion movements, stretches, switches, transitions and flows.
What equipment do I need?
No equipment required. All you need is yourself and a decent amount of space to flow!

What does this program look like?
It’s highly adaptable for seniors, CrossFit can support the strength necessary to maintain independence. It combines weights with interval training and aims to train muscles to perform complex patterns. In doing so, it better approximates the movement patterns used by the activities of daily life.
